Don't forget: bring your insurance card

To ensure your visit to our clinic goes smoothly, please bring your insurance card to every appointment if you have private health insurance.

Preventative care: check-up at least once a year

You should come for a check-up at least once a year to make sure that you are looking after your teeth properly and to have their condition checked. If you have sensitive teeth, it would be a good idea to have a check-up every six months.

 

Our tip: ask our advice and make your next appointment at the end of each visit.

1. General Terms

1.1 These Promotional Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms. Promotions are open to residents of England and Wales aged 18 or over.

1.2 Only one Promotion can be applied per treatment. Promotions cannot be used in combination with other offers, exchanged for cash, or substituted for any other discount unless specifically stated by us.

1.4 Excluded products or treatments will not qualify for or be redeemable as part of the Promotion.

1.5 All Promotions are subject to appointment availability and clinical suitability for the treatment.

1.6 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syteldent will not be liable for any loss arising from the refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of any Promotion.

1.7 If additional treatment is recommended to ensure suitability, this will be discussed with you beforehand and charged separately at our standard fees.

1.8 Prices and product availability are subject to change.

1.9 Each Promotion will specify an opening and closing date. The Promotion will only be available during that period.

2. Additional Terms for the “Winter Whitening Offer” Promotion

2.1 Offer and Dates
The “Winter Whitening” promotional price applies to Boutique Home Teeth Whitening supplied by Syteldent Ltd between 11th November and 31st December 2025, inclusive. Appointments are subject to availability.

2.2 Eligibility
Whitening can only be provided following a chargeable dental check-up and suitability assessment carried out by a Syteldent dentist to confirm your teeth and gums are healthy and suitable for whitening.
If whitening is not clinically appropriate, treatment will not proceed. Any additional dental work needed to achieve suitability will be discussed and charged separately.

2.3 Price and What’s Included
The promotional price is £250 per patient (previously over £500).
This includes:

  • Whitening consultation and suitability assessment (following a recent check-up – both chargeable)

  • One set of custom whitening trays

  • Whitening gel in line with Boutique Whitening protocol

  • One standard follow-up appointment

The price excludes the initial check-up, suitability assessment, hygiene treatment, fillings, or any other treatment needed to achieve suitability.

2.4 Booking, Deposits, and Price Guarantee
Appointments can be booked by telephone (01582 571074) or email (sundonreception@gmail.com). A Deposit of £50 is required to book the appointment. Deposit and cancellation policies are available on request.
? The promotional price will be honoured if a deposit is paid on or before 31st December 2025, even if the appointment takes place after this date (subject to clinician availability and assessment).

2.5 Time Limits for Treatment
The suitability assessment must be completed and, If suitable, treatment must begin within two weeks of the assessment (subject to clinician advice).

2.6 Non-Transferable; No Combination
This offer is personal to the patient and cannot be transferred or combined with any other discount, offer, or promotion.

2.7 Finance
Finance is available on treatment plans over £500, subject to status and affordability checks for applicants aged 18 or over. Finance is provided by third-party lenders; separate terms and conditions apply.

2.8 Marketing and Imagery
Promotional images are for illustrative purposes only. Individual results may vary.

2.9 Right to Withdraw or Amend
Syteldent reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond our control. This will not affect patients who have already booked and paid deposits under the Promotion.
